Black Affair are playing a live set this Saturday (23rd August) at the Eastern Electrics event ("A 15 hour celebration of cutting edge DJ’s and bands from the East side of town")

The official site lists the venue for the event as:
Ewer Street Car Park on Great Suffolk Street is virgin party territory (extremely rare in London these days). The site contains a large outdoor DC10 style courtyard and two spectactular indoor arches (perfect for the unpredictable weather).
Only a short walk from Southwark tube station, the site will be transformed with comfortable seating, visuals, projections and some of the East Ends most cutting edge music
